Pricing FAQ

Common questions about the pricing

One plan, clear limits, and no fine-print pricing tricks. The section below keeps that same energy: straightforward answers, better presented.

Unlimited route entries, all features enabled, and operational limits that are stated up front instead of hidden behind a paywall.

Question 1

What's the catch?

There isn't one in the traditional sense. Route Entry is intentionally scoped to stay lightweight, with clear event limits and automatic cleanup that keep the free plan sustainable. The daily event limit and session retention window are operational constraints, not bait-and-switch mechanics.

Question 2

Will it always be free?

That's the intention. If constraints change in a meaningful way - pricing model, features, limits - we'll communicate it clearly and in advance. No quiet degradation, no surprise billing. The commitment is to keep the current free plan available to existing users even if future plans change.

Question 3

What happens when the 10,000 session cap is reached?

When a route's session count hits 10,000, the oldest sessions are trimmed first to make room for new ones. The redirect itself stays active - visitors continue to come through. You just lose access to the oldest session records in your dashboard.

Question 4

What happens at the 50,000 daily event limit?

Events beyond 50,000 in a 24-hour window are dropped - they won't appear in your dashboard or analytics. The redirect itself continues to function; visitors still pass through gates and reach the destination. The limit resets at the start of the next 24-hour window.

Enterprise

Need higher limits or dedicated support?

If your use case requires higher daily event limits, longer retention windows, custom session caps, or SLA-backed support, get in touch. Enterprise arrangements are handled individually - we'll figure out what fits.
